GenesisLoop™ converts carbon-containing materials into smaller gas molecules and reforms them into valuable energy products. Revodox™ delivers oxygen in solid form, giving operators precise control over oxygen delivery, temperature, steam, feed rate, circulation, and reaction time without mixing the material directly with air.
PRECISE OXYGEN DELIVERY
Revodox™ carries oxygen into the conversion reactor in solid form, keeping direct air contact—and nitrogen dilution—out of the product-gas pathway.
MOLECULAR CONVERSION
Controlled reaction conditions convert carbon-containing materials into hydrogen-rich gas and syngas without conventional air-fed combustion.
INTEGRATED HEAT RECOVERY
Regenerating Revodox™ with air releases high-temperature heat. The circulating carrier returns that energy to the process, reducing the external heat the core loop needs after startup.

Conversion and carrier regeneration form the core GenesisLoop™ system. A steam reactor can be added when a project calls for a separate hydrogen-rich gas stream.

Core Stage
Conversion Reactor
Prepared material reacts with oxygen delivered by Revodox™. The controlled reaction creates a syngas pathway without direct contact between the material and air.

Optional Stage
Steam Reactor
When a project includes a steam reactor, oxygen-depleted Revodox™ reacts with steam to produce a separate hydrogen-rich gas stream.

Core Stage
Carrier Regenerator
Air restores Revodox™ in an exothermic reaction. The hot carrier returns to the conversion reactor with oxygen and heat for the next cycle.
Revodox™ is EvoGenesis’s proprietary regenerable oxygen-carrier technology at the heart of GenesisLoop™. It transports oxygen and heat through the process, regenerates with air, and circulates back through the system.
